Poor management, old school Chinese manager who thinks that he's more technical than you. Would spend time in populating content with copy and paste and will challenge your technical skills. They don't even know how Scrum works, how they need to plan sprints.

Mirvac invests in innovation and does it well. Excellent buy in from top down to invest in Innovation and business improvement. Excellent work life balance and true Flexible work environment.

Cons

Some people who work there are very narrow minded and have no experience outside Mirvac. They have worked there their entire career. They are the opposite of innovation - stale.
