Pros

- Supportive and professional team - Clear curriculum with room for creativity - Strong community and student relationships - Great stepping stone for future art education or freelance work There to build managers.

Cons

- Not ideal for those who dislike structure or prefer purely conceptual/experimental work (but that’s more of a style fit thing, not a fault)

Pros

Mission: Renaissance has one goal, and that is to enrich and uplift the lives of others by helping them acquire genuine artistic talent. The Gluck Method is a step-by-step method that teaches ANYONE how to draw and paint. You will learn as an Art Instructor/Program Director every step of the program and will become skilled beyond what you can imagine. The Gluck Method unlocks the secrets of making art and allows everyone the opportunity to learn the basic skills necessary to be a successful artist. Once fully trained, as an Art Instructor/Program Director you are given the opportunity to help others achieve the same goals by instructing weekly art classes or managing a studio as a Program Director.

Cons

You need to be in the position to accept an entry level position to begin. The training is at minimum wage for about 3 weeks or so. Once trained at the basic level, there are opportunities to advance.
