      Pros

      I have worked at the Irvine office for almost 3 years. Pros of working at this company is you get to learn a lot in the field of cellular technologies. They have a good team of engineers who help a lot when you’re stuck with issues on the field. You’ll get a great exposure to 5G technology and testing as company is working for the projects with leading carriers and OEMs. Great team and supportive senior management. It’s super fun to work with them! They always help you whether you have any technical or the immigration issues. Kudos to the best HR and management!

      Cons

      You have to travel a lot which is the scope of the work. This might affect the work-life balance a little. So, if you’re single you’ll definitely enjoy exploring new places and testing venues all around US. This also includes some physical work and testing at the field. But as I say, nothing is perfect so, definitely the hustle is worth it.
