Pros

People learn to work 12-13 hours daily and around 50 % of the weekends. You can handle pressure anywhere if you can survive mobileum.

Cons

Facts: 1. Appraisal of 2020 due in April happened in Dec 2020 with applicability from Jan 2021. This happened because there was huge attrition. 2. Appraisal of 2021 didn't happen 3. Bonus (which is 10% component of CTC is paid after an year) was cut down by 50% was paid after delay of 7 months in 2020 and was not even paid in 2021. 4. Needless to say , not even a single penny was provided to employee for WFH to buy chair/desk or anything. 5.People needed to work extended hours and on weekends during normal and Covid period. Management treats you like they own you! You will work on technologies which are outdated and you will not get time to study/ upscale yourself and get out of Mobileum. Management might pay you exorbitant amount to hire you because company needs to deliver project but they will make you work for 12-16 hours. They will not provide hike after you join. HR is doing good work in posting fake reviews and forcing existing employees to post good reviews about company. Speak to Ex-employee before making judgement

Pros

I have been trying my best to find one but the only one I've found so far is the exposure to GSM Technologies. Even if there is a Pro and the management realizes it, they'll do everything possible to turn that into a con.

Cons

Where should I begin. I'll try my best to keep it short. - No career growth at all. The top management will never let you grow. The entire management is made up of folks who have been there for years and have since then been dearly holding on to their positions and are highly insecure about it. For you to be asking for growth is like a threat for them, you'll have to really make your life hell for many years and then maybe you can enter the "Elite" group. - Working 24/7 is a norm here. They might show you a beautiful picture initially but once you're in, they WILL baptize you. Its like a Twilight cult. - Management is made of shallow minded folks with no vision whatsoever. This place reeks of politics and that too nothing that you have ever seen. - if you are planning to join as a manager, you'll be doing the same stuff as the person who reports to you, maybe more. And please don't complain, they don't like it. - If you are planning to join at the CXX or VP level, you're days are numbered since the 1st day you join. They love to hire and fire the big guys. If you can't drink from the same bowl, you are out. No one really cares about your ideas or vision, that is not what is expected of you. You are expected to be a puppet of someone (the one who hired you) who will put you on the front line and expect you to take the fire. That was the whole purpose behind hiring you. - If you are planning to join Support or Deployment team, may god bless you. Make sure you have a good health insurance to take care of your back and other ailments. - If you are traveling internationally, please be ware. They are known for logistics negligence. Especially if you are traveling to the US. - Compensation is horrible. Even if you want to join make sure you negotiate a very good package initially as that is all you'll be getting for a long period of years. - Evaluation is just a formality and is one sided. Dont even bother going for an interview. Save yourself the time and plight of dealing with folks that can traumatize your life. Try to get the inside scoop from someone who works there, you'll thank me for this tip.
