      Pros

      - Responsibilities are given early on to each employee. - Long standing members of the company are given a good foot up in their careers. - Externally considered to have cool innovative creatives.

      Cons

      - MOBKOI don't own anything themselves, they just use other tech in-market, which limits being innovative or advancing the company's offering - Uncompetitive in pay grades - Micromanagement approaches throughout, which stems from Top/Senior Management styles - Not progressive i.e. inflexible in working hours and WFH - Very stale, pale and male

      Pros

      Everyone I work with at Mobkoi is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Because of Mobkoi's size there's openness to suggesting new projects and initiatives and exciting career opportunities for those who want to progress in a growing, dynamic Global Company. Busy periods are balanced out with a number of great initiatives such as reduced hours in the Summer, generous work from abroad policy and flexible hybrid working. Mobkoi also champions diversity and has great values. I'm really proud to work for a Company where the majority of the Exec are female.

      Great culture, flexible hybrid working and a creative company at heart

      Pros

      Really strong team spirit - feels like a family Start up mentality - get things done together Social events/initiatives and DEI programmes - they really make an effort to build the company culture from the ground up Very strong creative product that clients love Trust their employees to get the job done and give them the support and autonomy to succeed

      Cons

      London HQ needs a bit of TLC but its getting there and at least gives us all a space to co-work and collaborate

      Really appreciate your feedback. Great to hear you can still feel the family start up vibe, are enjoying the social events and the work from the DEI committee. We are working on the workspace in London and have some exciting things planned.
