- Opportunity to work with some talented and respectable colleagues - Client growth opportunities, especially in the b2b space - Ability to learn quickly and grow strong skillset rapidly

- The work environment is incredibly toxic due to horrible management practices. - My manager frequently belittled and didn't support team members consistently, creating a culture of fear and anxiety. - Constructive feedback was nonexistent; instead, we were subjected to shame and crippling anxiety for mistakes. - Unrealistic expectations and constant pressure to deliver without adequate support or resources. - High turnover rate due to the toxic work environment, which disrupts team cohesion and project continuity. - HR was never made available and never provided a safe space for complaints, leaving employees feeling unsupported and vulnerable.
