Company is very late (I'm talking MONTHS) on payments to their vendors and their employees, there is no room for growth, interns are treated as full time employees and don't get paid for it, regular employees don't get overtime but work very long hours and for a small pay, and the magazine just cares about making money. It's crazy that such a "Luxury" brand is run the way it is.

Incompetent management No competitive salaries No office culture Lacking benefits/vacation There's no clear workflow at this company, everyone is all over the place all the time and it shows in the final product. Every department is unorganized and lacking proper leadership. The fact that this company calls itself a Luxury brand yet spends as little money as humanly possible while expecting the world from its employees is laughable. If employees don't burn out after a few years, it's only because they have no problem kissing the butts of the higher ups and doing their bidding. This is truly a terrible company and it's only a matter of time before they go under.
