Always traveling, not easy on the family, was fired because supervisors found out i was looking for another job, found that the immediate supervisors to be very dishonest to their bosses to get them to agree to terminate me. Found out from former bosses boss about what negative performance issues were being passed up the ladder, that information turned out to be false and could be proven, i.e email, write ups etc. Company was upset I asked for a raise after working with company for 18 months, in fact was told "How dare I ask for a raise". Company did not follow thru on promises made in interview. Company does not provide sick time, vacation and family insurance will cost close to $800 a month. Company seems to hire buddies of managers who have not actual experience in the field they are supervising. Spoke a great game about safety but Supervisors were constantly breaking safety rules when "no on was looking"

I worked at Modern Railway Systems for several months. Extremely easy job with good pay. However, management had some of the worst communication. I was also harassed all day long by another employee pretending to be a manager. One of the worst experiences I had at a job. Left immediately.
