Pros
Work with great amazingly talented people on interesting projects for great brands. Work-life balance is unmatched in any agency. A flat organization that welcomes team members of all levels to leverage ideas that affect real organizational change. After spending many years at agencies that use and abuse resources and have a revolving door for team members as consequence, it is a breath of fresh air to work with so many talented team members with depth and substance that comes from decades of experience and substantial ten-year.
