      Pros

      Paychecks were always paid on time.

      Cons

      CEO is narsissist. Life there is good if you are one of his yes men. Young female associate rose from lowest level customer service to COO within 3 years and not because qualified to be COO of a public company.

      Great company culture in the early years prior to new CEO in 2019

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs with extremely high salaries for what the experience levels are. No benefit to investors because all the money is spent paying salaries and not investing in purchasing properties.
