Modus is made of qualified and talented workers. The founders really care about their employees and promote a great work-life balance. There are great opportunities for growth so long as you put in the hours.
Cons
Modus is expanding quickly - growing pains.

Pros
Had the best interview experience ever. The founders are knowledgeable, funny and compassionate people, who really care about the company and their team. I felt valued and trusted from day one. So glad I made the leap into an industry I knew nothing about. It's been a real fast-track education. And with the exponential growth the company has experienced over the past 3 years, I expect even more exciting things ahead.
Cons
Would love a little more schedule flexibility, but I can understand why in-person in-office work is encouraged for teamwork and knowledge sharing., espccially since we have team members who are newer to the industry.
