      Pros

      The start-up culture worked well for the rapidly growing industry. As with any start-up there are many hurdle to overcome, but the company structure is prepared.

      Cons

      Lots of big competitors make success difficult. The changing technology necessitates constant internal change and some reorganization of the company

      Great Company, Nice Team!

      Pros

      I started only few months ago and i was a bit scared at first. The team was really nice from day 1 - Everyone is keen on working and getting results. I think we all feel part of a team - all working towards the same goal and that's important.

      Cons

      I sometimes would like to get things done faster - but as far as I can see everything has always been done on time so i guess it's the most important thing!
