Pros
they dont drug test, background check or care if you are a felon convicted of a violent crime...they will hire anyone for a short period of time.
Cons
you employment is not guaranteed and you can be let go at anytime due to zero company structure. shift breaks, lunches, start times and end times are not posted for employees, so if you are not verbally told about hour changes (which is word to the Favorited workers) you will miss out on hours and will be held accountable to your attendance If you are not well versed in sports then you will not be favored and regaurdless of work ethic/ tenure will be let go over others that appeal to CJs and Stephens involvement in there personal life. other employees slack off or are careless and creates heavier workload for entire staff; No wage increases; Favoritism, Many senior members have been there for decades so it makes it difficult for anyone to get a foot in the door, Management hires friends and family vs qualified employees; Family owned so when family messes up it's no problem, if you mess up however, big trouble for you!
