Not a good company to work for

Pros

Great tech start up,generous renumeration package including free lunch,unlimited holidays etc.

Cons

Senior management are not giving clear direction and are not concerned about their staff but only about their egos,selling and the competition.There is a bad company culture and no mutual respect amongst peers. Constant changes in product and restructuring give a feeling of insecurity and instability. no heart in the company and no concern for people gives you a bitter taste in your mouth.It is a pity but I cannot see a good future for this company as all the decisions taken to grow and move forward don't seem to be the right decisions.

Company has been sinking - no new sales whilst existing customers are churning - so replacing the old guard with fresh blood has been key. However after an exciting start...

Cons

.... it is clear that despite saying he is listening, the new CEO is intent on replacing people, however good they are, with his own cronies. Most worryingly he promises one thing that does another - no-one knows what to believe, what more is afoot and how at risk they are. Everyone has an eye on the door

A great company going through an important transformation

Pros

Technology - Monetate is the best personalization platform in the market - hands down. Our clients and partners validate this on a regular basis. Leadership - There have been several highly-experienced additions to the executive team who have been brought in by the CEO over the last 6-12 months. Market Opportunity - the personalization market is huge and still very early in terms of market maturity. Monetate could not be better positioned to win in this market with their technology and loyal customer base.

Cons

There has been a lot of people change over the past 12 months however the company is going through an important transformation. Monetate is much leaner than the bloated version of itself this time last year. It's now much better positioned to compete and adapt in a fast-changing market. I only wish these changes had been made sooner.
