      Company keeps you informed month to month about the health of the company.

      Cons

      They are Monitor Technology not Monitoring. A bit too open about health care claims - not much privacy. Very out-dated facility. A lot of the owners friends were hired. The staff picks winners and losers. They let a lot of good people go for having a better idea on approaches. If you are a head nodder - you are in. Sad,

      Promotes a family atosphere; Company picnic, compnay outing and monthly company update meetings with the owner

      Cons

      Out-dated facility and equipment; hushed opinions; penny-wise pound foolish; seems to discourage innovation and out of the box thinking

      Pros

      Management encourages automomous decision making, and are flexible with work-life balance. The products are very cool & the sales team gets to see a number of very cool manufacturing operations during our travels.

      Cons

      Travel can be a bit much at times, but that goes with the job & territory. They are tough on non-performers, but that can be a PRO too if you are a performer.
