      Pros

      Good stock performance, good basket indoor gym

      Cons

      HR is the worst, there is no communication inside of company. Maybe top level management feel all people working here are too expansive comparing with new graduate from secondary university from China. So better quit yourself, before they move headquarter to China.

      Pros

      People are good, compensation is good in power IC industry, fast growing company

      Cons

      If you don't speak Chinese, it may not comfortable to work as engineer in MPS. Most of engineers are Chinese, and need to work with Taiwan and China team almost everyday. You will feel like working for Chinese company. Heavy workloads. Most of engineers are overloaded.

      Pros

      Bonus at the end of the year but you mainly use it for the Holiday shut down they have, unless you have enough PTO to cover the 3 weeks. Full gym and yoga classes

      Cons

      HR team is a nightmare, they don't help with benefit questions nor look out for your best interest, if anything they're trying to get you in trouble. Pay isn't the greatest for Silicon Valley. You get vacation time but they frown upon you taking time off. You witness VP's cursing and degrading those who work under them. Just an overall non-team player environment. Everyone wants to point out what people do wrong but when it comes to helping avoid future issues, people especially HR say that isn't their job.
