Pros
The only pro is that the product they produce are good but no one knows it! There are some amazing people in the company they are too few and over worked.
Cons
Oh boy, where do I start? A team that is more than happy to throw you under the bus in a heart beat. No one has the guts to talk to each other like adults if there is a problem. Stupid targets that can't be achieved and when that is mentioned to management you are told to "just get it done". Asking for help in anything is like talking to a wall you won't get a response. You are expected to forget everything you know the moment you arrive despite being told in interviews that you had been hired to bring a fresh perspective. People wonder why this company is failing, it might have something to do with management getting rid of the people who can make a difference and keep idiots that have no idea what they are doing. They refuse to approve spending that could generate a greater income and think that pouring money at b-list celebrities will help them! And on top of that Noel Lee is a megalomaniac who, I will admit has made some great business decisions in his time and has created some great product, but his methods are dated and he, and the rest of the company have no respect of work life balance and as such you are required to work 80 hour weeks. If anyone is thinking of working for this company then I would tell them not to bother as if things don't change it won't be around much longer
