Pros
- Hours- don't worry about not working because here they over staff, they will most likely always need you - Co-workers- all very kind, they become family since this establishment comes like your second home or basically your home since you'll be here more than your actual home - CEO- Daniel Somogyi (he left)- he really appreciated his staff and always respected us, made us feel wanted.
Cons
- Long hours- work times from 5am- 1am (2- 15 minute breaks) you won't get paid overtime either if the hours are not over a certain amount at the end of the week. (If you are part- time they will use you for these events so they don't pay you more aka they are cheap) - For parties (banquets, weddings, Christenings, etc) there is a percentage of the party bill that goes for tips for the workers and the workers working these events will receive 0 dollars from these parties. - Managers- some nice, others are nasty and treat you like you've never waitressed in your life ( I have 6 years experience) and these managers are the ones too who are fake- they will treat members like royalty but the workers poorly - You will feel used/over worked - Atmosphere
