Paycheck, free hotdogs, they will hire you for event security without a criminal background check (if that's your thing)

Cons

Abusive management, no overtime opportunities unless they're desperate. Little respect between home office and field officers. Any training you get from them will not be reported to IDPR so save your paperwork because that's the only proof you get.

Its a job and they will hire you with little or no experience, they have a lot of turnover so they are always looking for new people

Cons

The management operates in a borderline fraudulent manner and will attempt to intimidate and harass you when they feel you are not going with their program. Very unprofessional, save your pay stubs and check them carefully in February. Their business model is to make people quit so they do not need to pay federally dictated laws for providing full time employees with insurance.
