      None. There is nothing good with them

      Cons

      The is way to low, they want to pay 100 for 7+ hours of work. One of the owner Julio is very rude and disrespectful to his employees. If that wasn't enough they want you to be security at places were they do nothing but sniff lines with each other while they expect you to turn a blind eye.

Patrons and employees come first, and working with the management team makes the work environment enjoyable. Montro delivers professionalism and executes in customer satisfaction as well as employees.
