Pros
-A few nice co-workers that make the situations bearable
Cons
-No organization or intentional streamlined process of workflow -No real leadership - the founders don't even know what they actually stand for and can't seem to agree upon it -Over promises to potential and current clients (i.e. lying on pitches by taking credit of past work that they've never done or know how to properly execute and promising things will happen by extremely unrealistic deadlines without checking in with the rest of the team before confirming) -No real efforts for cultural diversity or inclusion -Outsources freelancers from a consulting agency for creative execution and ideas (which arguably the leadership and workflow of the other agency is just as worse and doesn't add real value to their business. They mirror each others disorganization, lack of real leadership and knowledge of the current industry therefore adding onto the chaos) then attempts to hide it from their clients - just a horrible train wreck of a cycle to witness -No proper communication on kick off's for projects - teams work in silos then will be randomly looped into calls or meetings with no context and is expected to immediately work with no questions asked -Overall work environment is pretty toxic, coworkers talk behind each others backs instead of professionally working things out, account team is passive aggressive if things don't go their way (an outcome for overpromising) -Team members are a willing to take any chance to point fingers -Don't know how to properly push back on their clients - therefore making the rest of the teams suffer -No authentic professional growth or development for employees
