Pros

I cant think of any.

Cons

My immediate supervisor was unprofessional and disrespectful. He had a bipolar personality. There is no room for improvement and no feedback on performance, unless it is negative.

Pros

Nearly everyone is friendly and seems willing to help with questions or clarification. Nice office environment and not so big that you don't know some of the people you pass in the hallway. They also offer challenging work to keep you engaged and constantly learning.

Cons

When I began working there, I was lead to believe they are committed to a work/life balance. The opposite is true. Putting in busy season hours in July and August and part of other months is not my idea of a positive work/life balance. If you don't arrive early (i.e. 7:30) and stay late (i.e. 7:00 or 7:30) they will look to replace you. Because I have 2 small children, I enjoy seeming them more than 2 times per week.

They hire you to fire you!

Pros

Free snacks if you're working in the office

Cons

Hmmm...where do I start...Management is very toxic and they expect you to 'magically read their minds' instead of training you, and once you mess up a report due to the lack of TRAINING, you'll get fired. Don't ask too many questions because managers will make you feel stupid. The only way to succeed in this company is by watching Baseball games and discussing them with the partners the next morning. There's no diversity and minorities often try to build their own small 'circle' because no one wants to build relationships with them which is very sad. You can't get anywhere in this company because they will fire you with no notice whatsoever....
