Pros
Moore has hundreds of inspiring clients and many intelligent, passionate employees. They are taking steps to coordinate better across different departments but there is a lot of work yet to do.
Cons
There is a serious lack of communication about strategy, financials, execution, performance, on and on. There are many disparate pockets of leadership advocating for competing priorities. It's really hard for teams or individuals to know what is going on or why. There is a higher frequency of "command and control" leadership here than anywhere else I've worked, which manifests itself as an exec saying to work on something urgently and not being receptive to data or questions that challenge or add context to the directive.
