      Too many meetings (avg 6hrs daily) Leadership change 6 times in 6months No proper onboarding into company or team (only one person was knowledgeable about all products and they lost her)

It’s great to hear that you found your colleagues at Moove supportive and friendly. Regarding meetings, we identified that this was the case for some Moovers in Q4. We have since made changes to the meeting cadence and improved the format of some meetings in order to make them more efficient. Further, we understand your feedback around the onboarding process and now have the expertise in the team to focus on this specifically.       - Opportunity to take on increasingly complex and senior level work if you demonstrate your abilities well. - Opportunity to have a greater impact on the direction of the company than is usually the case.

      Cons

      - Inconsistent strategy/direction - Unrealistic targets which set you up to fail or under deliver - Lack of focus on growing a sustainable business and more on maintaining positive PR narrative for future funding rounds - Salary/benefits goal posts move often - Management are for the most part inexperienced in the role they have been appointed to perform and are consequently more challenged in steering/guiding the Founders to the correct strategic decisions - Culture of mistrust

Our recent Town Halls, Founders newsletters, and editions of #TheMoovement have been great ways to keep Moovers up to date with what is going on. 2022 was a huge year for Moove, with people across the business working hard (and fast!). As such, we took the decision to close the business for a two week end-of-year shut down to thank everyone for their dedication and help them feel recharged and refreshed ahead of an exciting year head.
