Pros

- None that I can think of.

Cons

- Uninvolved / demanding owner (boss) who is also a liar who gets really mad at small things and red in the face. - Lack of process - Inneficient - Lack of internal resources - Always missing deadlines / deliverable dates - No incentive - No 401K - Only $300 towards medical insurance - Fly by the seat of your pants kinda shop - Always over-promising and under-delivering to clients. - No culture - Lack of overall career growth - Low company morale - I once witnessed an employee pay out of their own pocket to hire an outside resource because the owner didn't want to approve the costs when it really needed to get done.

Pros

- the employees that management favorites have a wonderful experience here, but everyone else, not so much

Cons

-management is the notoriously unreliable, I had instances where I could not reach my manager for days and was unable to reply to my contact and therefore lost the business - management abuses their power by shifting your job title and requirements when it is convenient to them without adjusting your pay - management changes protocol and procedure often, making it a very stressful work environment - management plays favorites with employees - management makes jokes at employees' expense publicly and privately - management is disruptive and uncommunicative, often interjecting into your day with a new project with a closer deadline that they need your help on without any regard for your schedule and commitments - management sets unrealistic goals for their employees and publicly shames them on calls for not hitting said goals - management only offers commission if you meet said goals and as I stated, they are unrealistically high for a reason - CEO is cheap and impersonal, has no thoughts or feelings for his employees at all and only communicates through the managers

We're sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We'd love to address some of the listed items directly but we also wanted to take some time to address them here. For certain roles that are responsible for bringing in business, they are given a goal where they can receive an additional bonus on top of their Salary for meeting set goals. We do have team members that consistently meet those goals so they are based on what is achievable. We pride ourselves on allowing flexibility and creativity on their approaches which gives a lot of power to the team members on how they meet their personal goal. We were very surprised to hear that you felt team members were publicly shamed for not meeting their goals since each team member receives their goals privately and it is not shared publicly. We are a growing organization which means people wear multiple hats. A role that's responsible for a certain aspect of the business does sometimes participate in teamwork by lending a hand in another area. We've received positive feedback from team members on having the opportunity to see how other areas function. This has also proved to be invaluable at allowing us to grow team members within the group by giving them the chance to explore other areas that they may have a passion for. We do understand that this could be considered a disruption and we'll make sure we continue to evolve our processes and address those individuals who feel this way. We have regular meetings on a weekly basis where all employees, from the CEO to interns, have an opportunity to communicate and are encouraged to talk about the work they are doing. We do this so everyone at all levels of the organization are connected and so relationships can be established. We are saddened to hear even with multiple daily interactions and regular team meetings you felt that some of your relationships were still impersonal. We do encourage team members to speak up and have their concerns addressed, we'll continue to refine our communications so any employee that has a concern feels they can be heard. If you would like to speak further about any of your concerns, please reach out to me via email. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Amber Fonts Director of People and Culture
