      Pros

      I worked for Mondrian London, part of Morgans for 2 years -Great working environment, fun and close bonded team -Team was chosen so that everyone can click with each other -Good food at the staff canteen -Good pay -Approachable and friendly higher management team -Company events (team nights out, Christmas lunch)

      -Too much workload -The restaurant was badly run and that affected the service we could offer

      They have good guests coming in

      Cons

      Management acts polite, supportive and respectfull but their are not genuine about it. They just say it but it doesnt happen. They will promise you evreything from positions to salary increases just to keep you working and to have you put up with your managers shortcomings. Seen a lot of people investing time because of promises and then leaving. Regret having spent one day working for them.

      Hospitality is not for everyone... You dont like it from the beginning? Change industries... You need to love it and have passion for it...
