- Difference between exec and non-executive bonuses is extreme, even for heavily tenured employees. No bonus minimum or cap, no set percentages, no idea why they gave you what they gave you. Only measurable metric of bonus is you get more if you're drinking buddies with some of the execs. - Extreme, massive, insane boys club favoritism. Honestly don't even bother working here if you can't hang with the guys and get in good with them. Go out drinking with the crew and get a DUI, expect a promotion in 6 months. Do your job, be a team player, never cause an issue and expect to be held back. All the decent people are leaving for other companies with better cultures and room for growth. - A couple top executives are two-faced. Will say one thing to you and the opposite to someone else. Will also throw you under the bus. - Some highly problematic and toxic individuals - rude to coworkers in front of clients and industry partners, misogynistic, combative, and protected by the boys club. - Too risk averse. Not keeping up. Morley used to be an awesome place to work. Now it's just... not. Some people at the company are still great but most of leadership just think too highly of themselves and can't get out of their own way.
