      Flexibleish work hours, most people that aren’t my GM we good

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, no ability to retain staff without forcing them to sign contracts without a buyout and non-compete. No room to move up. Very little vacation time. One of the most toxic work places I have ever seen. Healthcare was expensive and a joke.

      The people are genuinely very nice, and work hard despite the company's refusal to pay workers a living wage.

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest in its people or its equipment. Antiquated business structure based on nepotism and "good ole' boy" politics.
