Favouritism, incompetent management, people being underpaid, no development for young junior staff, refusal of new ideas and introducing digital. This company is stuc in the past and hires incompetent staff who do not know how to manage. This all stems from MANAGEMENT! London office is in crumbles and everyone will leave. I urge people DO NOT WORK FOR MVP. They do NOT look after the staff. Sorry but this has to be said. That place needs NEW blood. In every office. Especially in the London office.

Very competitive environment the company frequently "few close to the wind" with regard to legalities. Conditions involved long hours and poor pay for employees as Morris Transport were competing against larger better resourced competitors.
