Pros
This is a very small company that accomplishes A LOT of great work. Some people wear many hats which allows for learning and going outside your comfort zone. Everyone pitches in when needed and helps each other out. The owner is very accessible and hands-on, and is also flexible and trusts everyone to do their job.
Cons
Not necessarily a con but this is a small company with many long-time, loyal employees, so positions don't open up very often.
