      Pros

      A fast-paced environment with a lot of work and constant opportunities to learn new skills. The salary is competitive, and the team is hardworking and supportive. There are definitely strong growth opportunities if you’re proactive and willing to take ownership.

      the environment felt somewhat toxic at times in 2024, which could impact overall experience.Still, for someone focused on growth and career progression, it can be a valuable place to develop.

      None. The worst place I have ever worked

      Cons

      The worst "leadership" I've ever experienced. A true "boys club" through and through. Many of the positive "reviews" on this site were written directly from the leadership themselves. Abysmal morale, terrible engagement, non-competive rewards package and laughable development.

      Can chat with a member of C-Suite (such as COO) daily Real honest feedback with people that want to see you grow Yummy snacks and the sweetest office manager Onboarding team puts in a lot of time and effort to ensure new hires aren't thrown in Amazing place to work if you like taking initative and not waiting to be handed your next task
