Pros
Employees are very accountable, friendly and watch out for each other. Everyone assumes positive intent. Company knows the value of shared service support and actively invests in it to drive performance.
Cons
Leadership has inadvertently contributed to a toxic workplace. Their Leadership Team (VLT) will unilaterally make decisions without proper context and history, and what they say goes. Seems to be somewhat extreme, with annoyance that recurs for opening up previous decisions for discussion. More recently, leadership has developed a cut culture that has made team members on edge, wondering whose next mistake will cause another firing. Compensation wise, Moss is very generous with bonus amounts, but because of that there is a general sense that there is no need to be competitive with compensation.
