Flexible time, depending on who you work with you will have a friendly atmosphere; you don’t need to speak french or dutch, they are ok with English

Cons

Management can be bad and ignore what its employees need; late shift; hectic shifts specially when colleagues are sick and they can’t find replacement on time

Great established company to work for

Great team members Very good management Great bonus scheme (if quarterly goals are meet) Lots of social activities, and possibility to travel abroad for trainings or company events

Cons

Just hospitality related issues, e.g. occasional difficult customers. Rotas are never the same.
