Better team and management than the company has ever had before. We finally have a real strategy to stand behind and grow. Excited to find out. Better communication with company and impressive new hires.

Cons

It is unclear if strategy will work but the last one definitely did not work. More confidence in leadership now. Small group of disgruntled employees who have been with the company for decades.

MotionPoint gave me the opportunity to advance my career and learn new skills in the field of GRC. Unfortunately my time didn’t last very long due to a layoff, but that’s the nature of business.

Cons

Short time there, I was laid off. Please note that this is not legally construed as disparagement as per my severance agreement.
