Pros

None that anyone can think of

Cons

Movie Tickets give black people very low wage jobs in customer service and keep us separated from the whole company in a freezing cold office with no lights on at all. It's crazy. The rest of the company (most all white ) sit out it a well lit warm open area, some even have windows. You don't want an angry black woman/man taking calls from your customers if we are all in bad moods cause we can afford to buy our babies shoes and formula. The CEO's sure got a nice pretty shoe collection.

Pros

Lot's of pro's. The low level employees are all great people for example (but we're not listened to). They bring in cake and carbs for everything.

Cons

You name it. How much space do I have to write here? For starters our opinions are invalid on everything - EVERY SINGLE THING! Finally I've just stopped caring like most people and gave up trying. They like employee apathy at MovieTickets then they don't have to pay you well and can justify it to themselves as if you most of all shouldn't have it. They do this as they buy themselves lavish cars and shoes of course. Look, I'm not the perfect employee but I have tried to help them and be a part of the solution but I've been shut down and shut out every time and given simple task work. Oh and don't bother asking for a raise because they've got the managers trained to plead poverty and shuffle your request around until you give up asking. Even though I know for a fact they have enough money in the books.
