Management yells and degrades employees in from of everyone; Takes employee payment advance from parent company, makes everyone share their commissions, and never follows through on anything he says. 30 agents in four months, none are there now.

Employees are expected to handle bartending tasks. Occasional staffing shortages lead to high workloads.
