Fairly relaxed environment, little to no pressure put on operators. Decent money. Overtime pretty much always available.

Summer hours, occasional smiles in the office, occasional jean wearing before holidays, 10 paid holidays, weight room, some friendly people, struggling to find pros

Cons

Cheap, discriminates on gender, upper management is greedy, technology is shoddy at best, no room for advancement unless you're a male, ridiculous dress code policy, pay is awful, job load is ridiculous because they don't want to hire anyone
