Cons
The company is a mess, there is barely any structure or organisation. Staff are overloaded without any coordination from the senior engineers delegating tasks, leading to people having more work than is practical for them to do. In addition, next to no documentation processes means it will take you a long time to join existing projects. Which leads to another con - long hours. Contracts at 42.5 hours, but expect to do more - if you don’t work additional hours, it will be noticed and you will be judged for it. Years before I started working here I had an interview, and it didn’t work out due to unprofessionalism on their part. I decided to give them a second chance this time, and I shouldn’t have.
