Pros
Opportunities to make a living helping superlative humans solve interesting problems aren't that common. To be able to do so in a fun yet high-achieving environment is still more unusual. But to have all that PLUS get to build a business with a team of stellar people, well... that's rare indeed. Getting to work alongside some of Europe's most talented startups is hugely rewarding, interesting, and educational. We work hard to live by our values and have an open, human culture that allows us all to bring our whole selves to work.
Cons
Not so much a con but it's expected that you want to go beyond good enough for our companies and teammates. It doesn't demand crazy hours but it does require commitment.
