Pros

WFH Fridays and flex hours

Cons

Gossip culture and bullying are heavy in middle management and all junior level candidates should think twice before accepting an offer. From threats of "disciplinary action" to constantly being told "you'll be fired if you don't do..." certain employees have made it impossible for junior staffers to successfully do their job and maintain sanity. This is not the normal pressure found in PR shops, it's an office culture that rewards finger pointing and oppressive leaders while enabling public verbal abuse and lies.

Pros

- You learn so much in a short amount of time with no day being the same. There was never a time when I didn't have something to do. - There's no cattiness that you might expect from a firm of over 50+ women (and two men), everyone's lovely and goes above and beyond to help you learn. - Perks are great and they really want to ensure everyone is happy.

Cons

- Burnout--there's a set amount of accounts that each position is expected to be on, but it got very overwhelming very quickly. - Distribution of work is not spread evenly with AEs, SAEs and AMs doing a majority of the brunt work--this is fine, but management needs to recognize and keep this in mind so as not to overwhelm each member

The company is rotten from the top down.

Pros

WFH fridays, flex hours, fully stocked kitchen and lunches

Cons

The workload is overbearing and employees are scared to speak up in fear of being reprimanded. Management picks and chooses their favorites and everyone else is left so suffer. It’s a toxic and unstable environment and there are many other PR agencies in Los Angeles to choose from. Avoid at all costs.
