Pros

None, this is a terrible place unless you’re white.

Cons

Toxic culture full of racists. DARVO is rampant here. Vindictive senior staff continuing to be rewarded for their elitist and privileged culture. Manipulative, psychological abusers.

DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

Yes, the salary is high but you will only have it for a few months. They have had 4-5 layoffs in the last year. In a meeting just this week, the CEO mark came on and basically said we're changing all the positions AGAIN. If we don't feel like you can do the job then take this transition pay. If you don't and you try to stay and get fired you get nothing at all. Mark is a joke of a ceo. There idea of trying to become profitable is laying off they hire then let people go at the same time.

Cons

They have had 4 rounds of layoff in less than a year. They just had one as recently as April and now at the end of this month (sept) to look profitable (words from the company). Do not believe these fact reviews, if you take a job at Mursion you will be unemployed struggling to find work months after. They have let go all of their new hires in the last year.

Pros

- Good product that offers virtual reality/AU based simualtion for behaviour training across various industries where needed, many Fortune 500 clients, varied code bases, good learning ground for greenfield and brownfield projects, very dynamic day to day work environment if you enjoy high flux work life style. - Decent health benefits for a small company - Stock Options

Cons

- Project management is not organized, leadership is somewhat random, poor to no regard for working life balance, Chief Product Officer(Nav Goel currently) apparently neither has much idea nor appreciation for engineer contribution and participation in project rollout, micro management frequent in department, unlimited PTO is more a misnomer as leaves are generally discouraged unless utterly crucial(high stress firefighting environment in engineering needs boots on the ground nearly round the clock), highly woke culture constantly being channelled within the company and in products (probably why they missed sales projections?), recent layoffs in engineering. - For a company that that rides(almost exclusively) on building inclusivity in work place they panic easily at the first sign of trouble by running to the hills and announcing layoffs. - Annual bonuses highly dependent on company performance, low chances of actually seeing them in short term.
