Pros
You have a lot of freedom to make the job what you want it to be. You can do the work and shut your laptop and you're done. But there's also a great culture of encouraging creativity and cool ideas to improve the company, processes, or executions. If you have something awesome that you want to do, someone will help you make it happen. The dedication to remote working is great, you don't feel left out if you're not in the office at all, which has been a real problem in other places I've worked. We have No Meeting Wednesdays which is an absolute dream, where I can just really focus on deep work with no interruptions. The people are also really nice and supportive.
Cons
Sometimes a lot of admin to ensure async working flows well, but the benefits of working from home outweigh this. We for sure would benefit from more diversity in the company.
