      Great company 41k people Large team First 7 years Great building my experience and personal brand

      Cons

      Promotions giving to people who havent a clue (in my dept anyway) and not to people that work hard and dedicated to the company. It's time to go when you are the one coaching your manager more than them coaching you. With comments like "fake it until you make it" that doesn't screaming professional or mature. Prior to this it was fantastic.
