Pros

Excellent Training and wonderful mission for a company. Musicnotes is one of the few ethical companies that one may work for, knowing that they are making a positive difference in the world.

Cons

Tech Department does not resolve root causes to customer complaints/inquiries, so the same scenarios occur repeatedly.

Relaxed, social and flexible work environment. Interesting work - commitment to using best technology and tools. Fun and exciting to be a part of the music industry. Can be yourself at Musicnotes - people are genuine and inclusive. Company is true to its values.

Pros

Awesome co-workers, good pay, lots of bonuses and free meals/parties. Upper management is not pushy but very attentive. All of my supervisors were eager to listen to what I had to say, be it good or bad. CEO and CFO were very friendly and personable.

Cons

Work load got a little repetitive and dull at times, better pay

This is good feedback. Our CEO and CFO have become more involved in 2015 and plan to continue to do so. We added bi-weekly business updates to keep our team more up to date on the music industry, our accomplishments and goals. We also use that communication to highlight the outstanding talents of our team members.
