      The people were truly great to work with. The work itself was very interesting and involved big-name clients.

      Cons

      The workload was consistently heavy due to understaffing, and performance goals often felt like busywork rather than meaningful measures. The extra effort rarely matched the bonuses or recognition received, and bonuses were often reduced based on company performance.
