Free lunch on Fridays if you only take a half hour lunch.

Cons

High turn-around in employees, no benefits, management is very unprofessional, no overtime, no company direction, you are simply required to do what Bert Ruiz tells you to do, large work load that is always increasing, almost impossible to get a raise, and you are always expected to go the extra mile for the company but the company will never go there for you. You are employed until you are no longer deemed necessary and then they fire you with no notice and hire someone who is willing to work at a cheaper price.
