Flexible hours ruined by mid-management. Micromanaged and expected to stay for 8 hours/day, even if the hours are unpaid Low pay impossible to get a sick day off (unpaid sick day btw)- I had to go on a call to verify my sickness, talk about the details of it which were personal, grilled for an hour Lack of empathy Micromanaged

If you want to get a headache and question your worth at the end of each working day, then My Connecting is THE place to be ! No career perspective, fairly paid and at the top of the notch, the managers are not impartial like a good manager should be. Only one word describes this place, UNPROFESSIONAL !
