Office in a city location.

Cons

You are micro managed by junior bosses and made to stay late but reprimanded if you come in 10 minutes late. Meetings are only for negative feedback and no training or positive feedback is ever given to staff. Salaries are below market rates.

Some individuals in leadership positions are challenging to work with, and they have a tendency to misuse their authority. The company's heads are aware of these issues, but there have been no initiatives or put very low effort to address or enhance the workplace culture.
