      Pros

      The support and training is really good. If you are hired, then you already know what you are doing but it is always good to have company alignment. I have always had the amount of clients that I have wanted to have and good quality. Diverse client industries. Inclusive, no MAGA bs allowed. There is always a clear path to speak to leadership. You don't have to go through a bunch of people. Great community of VAs.

      Cons

      Wages are stagnant but that is changing. Not too big of a deal because the work is steady.

      Pros

      Amazing co-workers and management. Unlike other companies I've worked for, they really value their employees and go above and beyond to make sure you are supported in every way. You have a flexible schedule that allows you to really have a work/life balance. The employees are all very friendly and always willing to help. You have exposure to different organizations, which allows you to broaden your professional expertise.
