      Pros

      Can-do attitude, smart people and a nice 'big family' atmosphere. Great to come up with your own ideas and have freedom to implement . Changing from just engineering-led to also more focus on market and solutions, good to have new folk join from good companies recently.

      Cons

      'Big family' has a downside of not all processes and structure in place you expect from a big company so sometimes can be frustrating to get job done. Internal comms is not great.
